Michael Hume is a qualified and experienced Collaborative lawyer. Michael supports this new, unique process to resolve family law/relationship breakdown issues without going to court.

At the outset each party and their lawyer sign up to an agreement to work together in reaching a settlement without the cost, stress and distraction of court proceedings. The Collaborative process is not the right option if you want revenge or you want to hide information. The process requires co-operation and open disclosure to reach early resolution.
